1. Every candidate is requested to fill in the Application Form which should be self attested and sign at the time of agreement.
2. All entries should be legible and in BLOCK LETTERS.
3. Registration is free — no registration fee is required for both freshers and experienced candidates.
4. If the company or it’s recruitment authority identify any fraud and fake certificates submitted by the candidate, the same shall be viewed seriously. Enrollment will be cancelled.
5. The enrollment of a candidate stands cancelled if the candidate doesn’t answer phone calls during the interview period and /or isn’t interested in joining the job even after getting the opportunity.
6. Any dispute will be settled under Visakhapatnam City Jurisdiction court only. Involvement of third party members during settlement with the company is not accepted under any circumstances.
7. The decision of the management is final and binding, either in the acceptance or the rejection of the candidate’s enrollment.
8. The candidate agrees to pay an amount equivalent to one month’s salary (8.33% of the CTC) to our company as a service charge for assisting and processing their job application. This amount shall be payable at the time of release or placement confirmation.
9. Once the candidate is selected, whether fresher or experienced, an amount equivalent to one month’s salary shall be payable towards company services. For experienced candidates, the payment terms shall be as per mutually agreed terms upon.
10. However, if the client or employing company (the organization where the candidate is selected or employed) contributes one month’s salary (8.33% of the CTC) to our company, the candidate will not be required to make any payment.
