All services by RJ Group of Companies Pvt. Ltd. are provided as per mutual agreement and written confirmation.

Clients must share accurate job details and company information before starting any recruitment or service.

A service fee equal to one month’s gross salary (8.33% of CTC) per selected candidate is applicable.

Payment must be made within 7 working days from the candidate’s joining date.

If a candidate leaves within 45 days, one free replacement will be provided under the same terms.

All client and candidate data will be kept strictly confidential.

Any fraudulent or false information may lead to termination of services and legal action.

Both parties must follow all applicable Indian labor and business laws.

Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Visakhapatnam City Court only.
